"I purchased the size 2 when I was pregnant with my son, who is now 3 weeks old. He was VERY small when he was born - just 5lbs 12 oz (less than 2.72 kilograms) and the size 2 was big on him. I was tempted to go ahead and order the smaller size too, after finding out how small he was, but decided to just go with this one, and it is fitting a bit better, though still big, with plenty of grow room!
