Washing your wool hat
This wool hat won't need much washing - wool is self-cleaning and remaining dirt can be brushed off or wiped off with a damp cloth. Please wash by hand or use a 30C gentle wool cycle or hand-wash wool cycle in your machine, using detergent designed for wool and silk which protects wool's natural oils.
Children's hat sizing
Sizes are given in centimetres, measured around the broadest part of your child's head. Ages are approximate. Pickapooh are very experienced in designing children's hats that fit well and incorporate flexibility and we at Cambridge Baby offer a free exchange/refunds service. Most hats fit brilliantly and we get very few returns, so don't worry. Note that if you have an older child, boys' heads are usually bigger than girls' so for example
~ teenage girl or adult, might take 56cm hat
~ 8 year old boy might also take 56cm hat, whereas a teenage boy is more likely to need a 60cm hat.
