All your purchases will be carefully and sensibly wrapped. Note that we endeavour to recycle> all packaging that comes our way, so please let us know if you would like new packaging - eg, if your order is a gift - and we will wrap it in new environmentally-friendly packaging instead.

We offer a gift-wrapping service so that your order can be sent directly to the lucky family. Our gift wrapping is always beautiful and always sustainably produced - currently it's the most gorgeous hand-made wrapping paper with a hand-written, hand-made, fairly traded card for your personal message too.

Special Delivery: We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for guaranteed next day delivery within the UK. Next-day delivery is available in the UK only and orders must be made by 12.00pm (midday).

Just build up your order and the system will calculate the postage.

We do have regular customers in the USA and Australia as well as throughout the EU. Please note that there is no VAT on baby clothing in the UK, and that you are responsible for any import duty that may be incurred.

We deliver abroad using Royal Mail air mail services which are very reliable. If you require a different service such as DHL, please let us know in the "Notes" section as you check out and we will obtain a quotation for you.

Returns policy

Providing you have followed our washing instructions, we offer a no-quibble returns policy. So if it's the wrong size, wrong colour or you simply don't like it then you can just send it back!

Please include the returns section of your invoice and note whether you'd like to exchange for something else, a refund, or a credit voucher code for the website for future use.
