When we pack your order
We endeavour to dispatch orders the next working day and guarantee dispatch within three working days. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you as soon as we can.
All your purchases will be carefully and sensibly wrapped. Note that we endeavour to recycle all packaging that comes our way, so please let us know if you would like new packaging - e.g.: if your order is a gift - and we will wrap it in new environmentally-friendly packaging instead.
Gift wrapping
We offer a gift-wrapping service so that your order can be sent directly to the lucky family. Our gift wrapping is always beautiful and always sustainably produced - currently it's the most gorgeous hand-made wrapping paper with a hand-written, hand-made, fairly traded card for your personal message too.
UK orders: Royal Mail First Class post
UK parcels are delivered using Royal Mail's first class post. Royal Mail aims to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail items the next working day after posting including Saturdays. However, please note that it sometimes might take several days for parcels to reach their destination.
If your parcel has not reached its destination after two weeks, please contact us on 01223 572 228.
Postage cost:
- FREE on orders over £50
- FREE within Cambridge city boundaries
- £3.99 within the UK otherwise
- AT COST abroad; the cost gets calculated as you get to the checkout stage. Please see our Global Shipping section for shipping overseas.
When you choose to use Special Delivery, we post your parcel using Royal Mail Special Delivery for guaranteed next day delivery within the UK. Next-day delivery is available in the UK only for orders that are placed by 12.00pm (midday).
