Here is our choice - a beautiful, hand-knitted dress in yarn spun from the down of the yak combined with softest bamboo. The dress is finished with contrasting trim (in pink), wooden buttons to the shoulders and a rose on the empire line waistband.

About our Tibetan Yak range
These soft, natural fibres come from the mountainous Himalayan regions of Western China, hidden from the world by its remote location. They are hand-combed from the yaks that dwell there, whose ancient existence continues to serve as a life source for the Tibetan herders. From this down comes a soft and beautiful fabric, unlike any other. Each garment is hand-knitted and the name of the knitter is signed on the tag.

Our Tibetan Yak fibre is sourced by Shokay Yak directly from Tibetan herders, enabling them to earn a long-term sustainable living while preserving their traditional lifestyle.
