"Bought in a size where I thought I'd have to cut it down, but found that it fit perfectly inside my boots. Replaced some gel insoles and so far they've been very comfortable, non-sweaty and supportive. They've not got too compressed & appear to be pretty durable. Definitely going to get more of these to go in all of my boots."

"I bought 2 sizes up as directed and slipped these into my Birkenstocks. They don't move in the least. They are absolutely amazing and being pure wool, my shoes are left with out a trace of unnatural scent. Everyone should put these in to their converse or any other shoe sporting man-made material. + Breathable!"

"I followed the advice given and ordered a bigger size. So, I am a 5.5 shoe but I got size 7 insoles. I hardly had to cut anything off to get them to fit. Now my feet are warm! They feel fine in the shoe (ankle boot, actually!) Really enjoying having warm feet on my walks."
