Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch orders the next working day and guarantee dispatch within three working days. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you as soon as we can.

All of your purchases will be carefully and sensibly wrapped using environmentally-friendly packaging.

We offer the choice of Royal Mail or FedEx for all of our deliveries both in the UK and abroad.

UK Delivery

Royal Mail offers three levels of service: Special Delivery, Tracked 24 and Tracked 48. Special Delivery is the express next day delivery BUT someone has to be home to sign for it. There is no safe place option on this service.

A question we are often asked is, "How quick are the other services?". Below we have included graphs of the delivery speed over the last 45 days so that you can see.



Fedex only offer a next day service with no weekend delivery so the performance for Monday - Thursday and Friday dispatches are shown below

Fedex costs to parts of Scotland, Northern Island and a few other area is prohibitively expensive so the service is not offered to these areas


Worldwide Delivery - Including EU

We use Royal Mail International Tracked Airmail as our standard delivery service.

The cost of shipping is based on weight and calculated automatically by the system. The cost of your delivery will be made clear to you at checkout and before payment.

Please note: there is no VAT on baby clothing in the UK. All international orders are dispatched with duty unpaid and that as the customer, you are responsible for any import duty charges and that may be incurred.

IMPORTANT. As of 1st January 2021, orders sent to the EU may now be subject to VAT, customs duties, and handling fees. The customs authorities in the destination country, and the customs thresholds in place, determine if charges are due on imported goods. The levels and thresholds of charges vary from country to country. We strongly suggest you check your own countries rules before placing your order to avoid unexpected bills. More information can be found here. Your local post service or courier will contact you if there are any fees to pay.

Please be aware that if an order is returned to us following refusal by the receiver to pay customs fees, a £15 restocking fee and the initial shipping charge will be deducted from any refund due.
