Fine Merino Wool Long-Sleeved Vest, Machine-Washable
"During cold snaps, when worn outside, this vest works well for kids. As soon as my son comes inside though, he complains about this one being 'too itchy'. A lot depends on internal thermostats! I run cold and wear the largest size of this vest to sleep in. He runs warm and hardly wears this at all, preferring the wool/silk combination."
This was washed... had to be careful
This was worn by... myself and my son (two different sizes and colourways)
Sizing: Feels true to size
I wouldn't really recommend this to a friend.
Hooded Jacket in Boiled Organic Merino Wool
"This is not an inexpensive purchase, but we knew from previous versions that it wears very well and can be handed down. However we ended up handing it down much sooner than expected, after a particularly muddy adventure landed it in the washing machine (wool cycle!). It shrunk from 116cm to something for a 2-3yo. Our fault, not Disana's! Nor Cambridge Baby's, of course.
Word to the wise: no matter how much mud is caked on, ALWAYS hand-wash."
This was washed... I shrunk it!
This was worn by... active 7yo, in iterations since he was 4
Sizing: A little generous

Women's Wool Crepe Trousers
"Fantastically warm trousers and very comfortable. Like a previous reviewer, I found them slightly short (I'm 5' 8). However,a good trick I have found from other wool items is to soak in cool water for several hours(overnight if possible) in wool lanolin conditioner. This softens and relaxes the wool fibres. Then squeeze out the water and reshape the trousers. eg pull down longer. This is a technique known as 'blocking' which knitters use to shape the final garment after knitting. Works a treat and trousers now the perfect length (and also softer!)"
This was washed... As above in very cool water using wool lanolin conditioner. These will not need frequent washing
Sizing: Feels true to size

Women's High Waist Shorts in Organic Cotton
"Excellent soft and comfortable high quality underwear. After years of trouble with skin irritation in this area, in desperation I decided to try some 100% organic cotton ' grannypants'. I don't care what they look like (I actually think they look quite cute). They are supremely comfortable and wash brilliantly. Best of all, no skin irritation from either fabric or elastic."
This was washed... washed fine
Sizing: Feels true to size

Fully Lined Baby Bloomers in Organic Cotton Corduroy
"I bought these for my grandson who’s ten months old to wear with a fairisle knit jumper and tights. I searched all over the internet for bloomers as they don’t seem to be available in a lot of retailers but are perfect for his age when crawling. Lined beautifully too. I was delighted to find Cambridge Baby; ethically made clothes that are well made and will be so soft and comfortable and cosy for our little sweetheart. Also received a £5 welcome voucher. Delivery was quite quick and a good price as this can sometimes put me off because buying severs things from different sites the postage can stack up but not the case with this company. I shall use them again and would recommend."
