"My son has been wearing these all year, he has long outgrown all other shoes in this size, but these come up generous and/or stretch. He had the higher version with knitted "cuffs" around the ankles before, and loves that he can put these on and take them off himself. I have just bought him two sizes up (his current size in other shoes), and they already stay on well/don't trip him up, but look like he has plenty of growing room."
