"I've bought a few of these over the last couple years for my now 3.5 year old. They are so useful as undergarments to add an extra warm layer or simply on their own in the summer as a sun cover up. My daughter loves to wear them so they must be comfortable as well as great to mix, match and layer with other items."

"It's a very fine fabric but seems to give my little one the extra warmth he needs under his pyjamas as the weather has turned colder

I washed it on a 30deg wool cycle and it hasn't shrunk.

It does come up small though. I got the 2-3 year old size (92cm I think?) and it fits my not yet 2 year old well. Having said that, he is quite tall and is very solid (as opposed to slender), and it seems as though it will probably stretch to continue to fit him as he grows. it is nice and long but quite tight. As it's a vest, that's probably how it is supposed to be."

"Lovely warm leggings - perfect for winter. slide nicely under waterproofs, also used under a skirt occasionally for added warmth. I lanolinised mine and used them over a wool nappy cover as extra protection - very successful. I found they weren't thick enough to use as a long soaker on their own, but worked well as an extra layer. Mine have all shrunk to some degree with use and even careful washing, but that only improved their waterproofness as a nappy cover!"

"It is made of very fine silk, so soft! I find it is ideal at night in combination with our merino sleeping bag from Superlove. I use it also as underwear (it is very thin silk, almost transparent)"
