"Very good to keep ankles warm when relatively active such as walking or pottering about inside. So much so I bought another pair for my husband, together with wrist warmers. I would like to see a longer (thigh high about 60cm) leg warmers in the forthcoming future to wear over jeans/leggings when sitting at the desk for a long time. I know there are reasonable acrylic ones on the market but merino wool from a local firm would be nice "

"I use these socks for extra warmth in cold weather. They are warm, comfortable and look great.
They are thick if you want to wear them with boots."

"I am allergic to polyester, cant wear thermals and I needed some warm vests for the cold weather. These are lovely and warm, soft, stretchy and very comfortable. Will wear two when winter arrives. Worth the price. Will be buying some more soon."
