"I loved the look of these leg warmers, but couldn’t understand how they could fit both an 8 year old and an adult. Having tried them, it’s worth saying that on an adult leg they stretch to a bit below the knee, tight like a knee length sock, the rib showing very wide. Perhaps a website photograph of them on an adult leg would help. I love the colours and the fabric but my knee length socks feel warmer, so I’ve regretfully returned them. If I recomm"

I wouldn't really recommend this to a friend.

"I love these. What alerted me to them was the description of high-waisted: I have given up on merino leggings as they never reach the small of my back although my hips are slim. These do that job beautifully. For maximum length I sized up, am glad I did because they fit very smoothly. They reach down to 2 or 3 inches above the knee, and like another reviewer I would be happy with another couple of inches. But they are wonderfully warm and comforting to wear. I washed them on the delicates wash at 30 degrees, all fine."

"I wear wrist warmers all winter, in and out of the house, but with large hands my colour choice is often restricted to a sober “male” range. This pink is pretty but a deep enough shade not to look dirty quickly, and the width on a wide adult hand very comfortable. The wool fleece is quite bulky but very cosy. The fluffy surface seems to mat a bit on wearing, and I hope won’t need too much washing. But I’m very glad to have them."
