"A German friend sent me one of these, when my daughter was born, over 11 years ago. It was one of the best presents we received. The silk/wool blend means that it is really soft, warm and breathable and in very cold weather we put a more lose hat over the top. The ties mean that it keeps the baby's ears warm and stays in position (how many babies have you seen with hats that have fallen over their eyes?!. I was delighted when I found a British supplier of the this bonnet, which is how I came to discover Cambridge Baby. Now I always give this bonnet as a present to friends who have had a baby. When I bought one recently I was pleased to see that you can now get it in different colours, as well."

"An earlier review was right, they do look flattering when you're wearing them, as they look quite large when you unpack them, and make an excellent smart comfy trouser. No longer need to wear a throw to keep warm."

"This is the quality you'd expect from this brand and is a great colour. I bought it for myself after the children having Pick-a-Pooh hats for years, but I find it a bit small and crucially it doesn't shade my neck or eyes well. I'm hoping to persuade my son to wear it so it gets some use and the search for the perfect hat continues ..."
