"This is the second pair of these trousers I have bought. I had one pair for my baby's first winter (but they lasted for 2 winters as they are big) and then bought a bigger size. We are just heading into our second winter with these now. They are lovely and soft and warm and go great with jumpers or under dresses. The only negative thing I would say is they do stretch out and get bobbly so they aren't the prettiest trousers after lots of wear but I like my kids wearing them as I know they will be warm. With these and a wool fleece or boiled wool suit on I was never worried about my baby being cold here in the mountains in Switzerland."

Sizing: A little generous

I wouldn't really recommend this to a friend.

"I bought these for my then 1.5 and 3 year old - a year on and they are still like new. The string is great for not losing them, and my 4 year old happily chooses these over his big ski gloves for playing in the snow/ throwing snowballs etc. His hands are kept super warm and dry. Very happy. They are easy for him to get on too - important for stroppy 4 year olds!"

"Gorgeous plum colour and kept feet very warm. Not wuite sodt enough I thought to go straight on skin but perfect over cotton socks as booties. I got size up as my baby tall so need to account for that"
