"I bought two Engel wool/silk vests about 10 years ago and after years of wear (I live in Scotland) have finally needed replacements. I'm delighted with these vests - more choice of colour now and a generous length to cover hips not just waist. They are soft and breathable and thoroughly to be recommended."

This was washed... I handwash these vests but they dont need this very often as the wool is so natural.

"I wear this vest throughout the year. In the winter I wear this vest with other wool layers on top and the wool/silk leggings underneath my trousers. I first got a vest because I started a job which involved being outside a lot. Now I don't know how I managed before."

"Very soft and warm. Thin enough to have another hat over the top if needed but provides excellent draught protection for the neck/back of head, especially when in a sling or baby-carrier.
Also looks amazingly cute too!"
