A small amount of shrinkage may occur in the first couple of washes, but the clothes are made slightly bigger to accommodate this. Air dry, and re-shape while damp if necessary.
To help all your clothes last longer, always air dry rather than tumble dry.
To reduce calcium build-up which can contribute to a hardening of your clothing, add a little vinegar to your rinse cycle.
"Absolutely love them and use them every month for my period. No leak no discomfort. It’s a bit thick obviously but I don’t mind it as I know I’ll not have rashes or feel uncomfortable after using them. You need to learn how to wash them properly but it’s been months now and it’s not stained if you know how to do it."
