Please note that at the bottom on the labels for Grodo's socks and tights indicates from left to right:

The number on the left - e.g.: 12625 - is the model number.
The middle number - e.g.: 1-2 - is the manufacturer's order of sizes; 0 being the smallest size that Grodo produces up to 12 for the biggest size they produce.
The number on the right - 19-22 - is the European size.

Please note that the middle number is NOT a shoe/foot size, it is just an easier for Grodo's staff (and us too) to pick the items. Make sure to check the right hand side of the label if you want to check the size of an item we have sent you.

This is made from 93% GOTS organic cotton and 7% elastane. Grodo's organic cotton is 100% GOTS certified by IMO. Organic cotton is grown without the use of chemical fertilisers and is healthier for the environment. The reduced processing of the cotton also results in a longer-staple, higher quality cotton that is softer on your skin.

Included in the organic certification are standards that ensure the welfare of those involved in the farming and production of the clothing, so that you can be assured that nobody has been exploited along the way.

7% elastane ensures a good fit at all times and good shape retention.

lovely but shortlived

"Very nice feel. However, after less than a year, they have massive holes in them at the thighs as well as the toes. So count them as tights you can wear for just one season. I washed them at low temperatures and not too often with low spin."

Soft and comfortable

"Got a couple pairs for my teen wanting finer tights now she is older. But wanted her to wear something natural and non toxic, as school uniforms are the opposite of this. Good to trust the clothes we wear."

Very happy with these tights.

"I loved these tights straight away. Incredibly soft, lovely matt texture and the colour (anthracite). I have been wearing them all winter and they still in the same shape, fit well and feel comfortable. I would be now switching to these from a different German brand."

Superb quality and fit

"These tights are a superb soft quality cotton, and feel lovely on your skin. It is great to have a pair of tights that fit me. I am under 5' tall and most tights and socks are too big which means they bunch up in my shoes and rub. One size does not fit all! A beautiful rich brown colour too. Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you"
